Letters - 1905.11.22 - To Mr. Fox
Letter

Nov. 22, 1905
Dear Mr. Fox,
May I ask your very kind attention to the proposition I read before our Ladies’ Conference re(garding) the proposed new regulations and which I now enclose. My proposition was not accepted as it stands because it was “too long” amongst other reasons; but it embodies the views of many of our number both men and women and I trust will have some weight with you. The proposition we did pass contains the gist of this but is abbreviated. I had the honour of seconding it and it was passed with only two against it, out of 32 present.
I am
Yours sincerely
Margaret E. Barber
