Summary

Originally written by Eugene Stock, this is a collected history of C. M. S.’s Fuzhou mission that is now on its fourth edition (which was updated most recently by T. McClelland.) This book provides details of how the work in Fujian started and developed, as well as giving descriptions of the missionaries’ methods. Records of all the missionaries up to 1903 are provided on page 181.

McClelland himself is listed as “Rev. T. McClelland, M.A. Dub. 1890-97” in the book’s ledger of missionaries.
